Free Listing, Commission-Based Model
Listing properties on SpotEstate is completely free. We work exclusively on a commission basis. Once you are registered as a partner, we can publish your properties on the platform.
The Sales Process
Below we briefly explain how the sales process works when an interested investor contacts you:
Investor shows interest
An investor signs up via our platform and clicks the contact button to show interest in a property.
Contact initiated
Investment profile required
If the investor has not yet filled out an investment profile, they will be asked to complete it.
Profile completion
You receive investor details
After the investment profile is completed, you will receive an email with the investor's details and profile.
Email notification
Contact the investor
The email you receive will ask you to contact the interested investor to exchange additional information or schedule a viewing.
Direct communication
