This sounds too good to be true, what's the catch?
We literally find the best deals on the market, as such many of our deals go off the market fast, within weeks, sometimes days.
Are HOA costs included in the calculations?
No, we cannot retrieve this data automatically. You can request this from the selling party by registering for the property.
How does SpotEstate earn money?
We earn a commission on each sale completed through our platform. This commission does not increase the listing price, so you pay exactly the same amount as you would when contacting the realtor directly.
